Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chi-Town Underground. We take pride in every order we fulfill. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

How We Fulfill Orders

Every Chi-Town Underground tee is made to order. When you place an order, we custom-press your design onto a premium blank t-shirt using professional heat transfer printing via Ninja Transfers. This means every shirt is freshly made just for you — no sitting in a warehouse, no mass production.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate shipping notification with tracking once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): 3–5 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days from order date

Shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package directly at usps.com.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100

Order Changes & Cancellations

Since all orders are custom-pressed to order, we are only able to accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed. After that, your order has entered production and cannot be modified. Please email us immediately at chitownunderground1@gmail.com if you need to make a change.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at chitownunderground1@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including reshipping or issuing a refund where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing. However, if your item arrives with a print defect or manufacturing error, we will replace it at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
